Q: How long does order processing and shipping take?
A:
Processing & Production: 3–5 business days
     Shipping Transit: 7-10 business days (depending on destination)
     Total ETA: 12-15 business days from order date

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately; we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t shipped.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A:
All wall-art pieces are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
A:
Report within 48hrs by emailing sales@lgmhomedecor.com with your order # and photos of the damage/packaging. We’ll send a prepaid label; once it’s scanned, your replacement will be shipped.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All wall-art pieces are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully.

Q: Who pays customs or import fees?
A:
Buyers cover any duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. LGM covers any applicable U.S. tariff fees. Delays or extra charges at customs are beyond our control.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A:
Once the carrier marks the item “Delivered,” responsibility shifts to the delivery location. We cannot replace or refund lost/stolen packages.
