At LGM Home Decor, each piece is made-to-order and crafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production. Custom order items may take slightly longer depending on demand or material availability.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, based on your location and the item ordered.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Production & Processing: 3–5 business days  
• Shipping: 7-10 business days (depending on destination)
• Total Estimated Time of Arrival: 12-15 business days from the date of order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging & Protection
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement.

Order Changes & Address Corrections
Please double-check your order and shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at sales@lgmhomedecor.com or via our Contact Us page. 
We may be able to update your address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we are not responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect address input.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs office. For U.S. orders, LGM Home Decor will cover any applicable U.S. tariff fees. Delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing are unfortunately beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LGM Home Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements for these cases. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and monitored.
