We do not accept returns or exchanges, please choose carefully.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’ll make it right at no additional cost:

  1. Report within 48 hours of Delivery
    Email us at sales@lgmhomedecor.com with your order #, clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
  2. Prepaid return label
    We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label—simply print it, package the item securely, and drop it off.
  3. Swift replacement
    Once the label is scanned by the carrier, your replacement will be shipped within 3 business days.

Final Sale & Order Cancellations
All wall art pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of purchase—before production begins.

Important Notes

  • Photo proof required: Claims without photo evidence of damage will not be processed.
  • Time limit: Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours.
  • Inspection: All replacements are subject to our inspection of the returned item.
